Motivating Yourself With The Law of Attraction

Sometimes you need motivation for little things like working out or doing a house repair you've been putting off and sometimes you need motivation for achieving major life goals such as a career change. No matter how big or small the task is, motivation is necessary to get things done.

I believe all of us could use a little more motivation in our lives. Even wealthy and successful people procrastinate and experience slumps from time to time. It can happen to anyone if they haven't learned how to tap into their inner source of unlimited motivation.

Motivation comes from within, so that's where the first changes must occur. You must begin by thinking positively and believing in yourself. It's hard to feel motivated when you're worried, anxious, or feel like you're under pressure. Instead, you have to replace negative thoughts and feelings with positive ones such as calmness, happiness, and self-faith.

When you change negative thoughts and feelings into positive ones, you are using the law of attraction and creating very powerful vibrations. Soon, things will start to fall into place. The initial motivation that you're able to tap into by changing your thoughts and feelings will help you take action and get results, which will then attract even more motivation. It's a self-perpetuating positive cycle.

For years, I have been using a particular exercise in my life to help "attract" motivation. It is a simple 3-step visualization process:

First, I see and feel myself as already motivated. I visualize myself having the energy and drive in preparation to complete the task. I also feel all the emotions related to motivation; I feel confident that I can meet my goals. I feel belief in myself. I feel excited and yet calm.

Second, I visualize myself performing the task. I see myself successfully taking the action steps to achieve my desires. I also make sure to visualize the small tasks that help me complete the bigger task. Throughout the process, I see myself being motivated. If you can visualize yourself doing something, it gives you the confidence and motivation to actually do it.

Third, I imagine that I have already reached my goal. I see myself in possession of my goal. I feel all the feelings I would have if I had already reached my goal. I imagine being and feeling successful, proud, confident, and motivated. This third step creates positive and powerful vibrations that tell your subconscious that you want to feel motivated to complete your goal.

This exercise has been a tremendous help in attracting motivation into my life. When I first started using these three steps, sometimes it would take me a few days to build up motivation for a small task or a couple of weeks to get motivation for a big task. Now, I feel as if I can summon motivation intantly.

I use my positive thoughts and energy to attract the motivation I need to meet my goals. I have mastered the incorporation of the Law of Attraction into my life in relation to motivation! Now you too can use the Law of Attraction to give you the extra motivation you need to accomplish great things in your life!
